Today’s happening

Hey, long time no see..hmm.. actually there’s many thing I want to share, but sorry maybe I’m too busy and too lazy to write what’s going on in my life hehehe :D .

so first of all, for today happening special thank’s to bu sukma’s knife, it was a very sharp knife as sharp price hohoho :D

It’s beginning from a preparation for hanami(花見) day , in this day mostly everybody having an outdoor party beneath the sakura during daytime or at night. As usual, most people in 岡山 having a party at Korakuen Garden, one of the places in 岡山 that has the beauty of cherry blossoms, so sweet doesn’t it.. and at this time, I’m helping Mrs.Sukma for the menu “ayam plencing” . I’ll give a recipe what I had learned from her.

Ayam pelencing

The ingredient :

  • 10 chicken’s wholes ( 1 chicken’s whole = 8-10 pieces chicken)
  • 20 hump garlic (1 hump garlic = 7-8 cloves garlic)
  • 15 shrimp paste
  • 1 plastic of chili ( 25-30 chili not too spicy because japanese people don’t like it hohooho)
  • asem / lemon ( you can use one of them)
  • salt
  • brown sugar
  • cooking oil
  • water

How to cook :

  1. Cut 1 chicken’s whole into 8-10 pieces.
  2. Prepare the spices, combine remaining ingredients (garlic, shrimp paste, salt, brown sugar, lemon and most of the chillies) except water and then blends until smooth.
  3. Prepare a large pan, put cooking oil into it, and then pour the spice mashed. Allow the chicken’s pieces into it and cook another fifteen to twenty minutes, turning the chicken occasionally until it is done (until the seasonings permeate).
  4. Add some water to cook the chicken until tender and the water discharged.
  5. Roast chicken in the hot grill.
  6. Set the chicken on a platter, If you like your food hot and spicy, it can be garnished with the few shreds of chili pepper reserved earlier from the remaining sauce or serve with spicy tomato chili sauce.

But when cutting chicken, there was a slight insident, Oh no,.. my thumb it’s hurt huu..huu..

I saw Mrs. sukma with so expertly cut the chicken, and it was very sharp knife, so I wanted to try it. But Oh no.., not the chicken is cut, but my thumb is almost irrespective hiks..hiks..This incident is unprecedented. Finally she doesn’t recommend to buying and using that sharp knife.

And the next day, I’m still happy and comfortable with seeing the beauty of cherry blossoms over lunch.

with my lovely aul-chan…
